YOUR OSTEOPATHIC PHYSICIAN HAS DECIDED NOT TO CARRY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE. This is permitted under Florida law subject to certain conditions. Florida law imposes strict penalties against noninsured osteopathic physicians who fail to satisfy adverse judgments arising from claims of medical malpractice.
